how do u open that house in canalave city to go to full moon island?

you don't. you'll see a sailor on the opposite side. go in his house which is right next to him. his wife will tell you about full moon island and then you can go to the sailor and find cresselia on full moon island. cresselia will go away and you'll have to find it just like mesprit.it will leave something behind. go back into the sailors house and talk to the wife and they will thank you. now you are free to go find cresselia in the grasses of sinnoh.
