Suppose some 5 year old boy 'H' raped some 5 yr old girl 'G' TWENTY (20) YEARS BACK.
That girl 'G' did NOT tell about that incident to anybody.Now both are 25 year old.
IF now G wants to get H punished for that incident which occured 20 yrs back ...
Will police ragister such First Information Report?
Will magistrate proceed upon such complaint or will he dismiss that? (India)

You better read Chapter IV of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 which provides the general exceptions. Section 82 clearly provides Act of a child under seven years of age.--Nothing is an
Offence which is done by a child under seven years of age.
The very fact that the act committed by any child of five years age is not an offence itself then how can he is punished for such an act after 20 years of its happening at the age of 25 years. Any person who moves such complaint before the competent magistrate will get good rebuke from the said magistrate & his complaint will be thrown out of the court room.

first of all i think act of a kid who is less then 7 is not punished in that way and now nothing can be done as far as i know.

Certainly "H" will be punished under abuseing activity & put in prison for 10 yrs atleast.
