Sure it can. God can protect it if he wishes but I don't know if he will or not.

No he isn't Jesus said after his going away Jerusalem would be destroyed and it was in 70 CE.
Yes I see a bomb land right in the middle of the city and yes it would be gone forever.
to many people fighting over it. ONly a matter of time and it is like babylon in the history books only.

Yes it is possible.
It is the Jews, who are the elect, this concept will be protected. As for the physical city, perhaps the Chicana Glory Temple will be persevered.
The Church is the body of Believers, this is the real church, it has no physical walls and it will be protected.
