With the nights beginning to get shorter our thoughts inevitably turn towards Christmas.

I love Christmas!!!!! Am already planning my holiday just prior to Christmas, and to be able to afford the holiday, am going to have to start buying my Christmas presents now. It will be the very first time that I've actually prepared for it this early but hey, it's going to be worth it. None of the hassle fighting through the crowds, can just go and enjoy the festivities.
Also a thought, with the extreme weather conditions we have been having here in Cornwall for the past few weeks, any bets on whether we are going to have a white Christmas? Wouldn't that be beautiful!!!! :)

we are 2 days into the Summer, and the nights are JUST now getting shorter by 2 minutes or so.... thoughts of Christmas are never far from me, it's a wonderful time of year, But even I don't fret it yet, now the end of August and Labor Day, I do some heavy shopping and begin my making of my gifts, some gifts I have started and completed by now, but they weren't intended for Christmas presents until I saw how beautifully they turned out. Get some Hot Pepper lights and string them around the Kitchen and some star lights and put them around your bed room... paint a room, get your nervous energy out and DON'T Get the decorations out until Thanksgiving weekend.
Relax, the days aren't going to be short again until October. So you have plenty of day light to focus on what the fourth of July and Labor Day and Halloween and whatever birthdays fall in between.... a celebration maniac you must be..... HAVE FUN!!!!

OOOO christmas! My favorite holiday!! This Christmas will be very special to me, as it'll be the first one I'm able to spend with my husband. The first Christmas he was called to duty, the second Christmas he was in Iraq. So, this will be the first one that we spend together!! Our plans our very simple...we'd like a nice church service, and a good home cooked meal- we just want to enjoy each others company. It's going to be great!! Plus, for the past 3 years we've been living in southern california, where there is no snow. We'll be moving to the east coast in a few months so this will be the first white christmas we've seen in awhile! i'm very excited :D

I can't wait! It's my favorite holiday!! of all!! Anyway yeah, I love all the presents I get during Christmas! I also love the song line up that comes on the radio during that time!
Everyone is usually in a festive mood! it's beautiful! I love getting ready for the tree and putting it up and decorating it with my mom and dad! I love getting the christmas cards from family and friends! I love going to relatives house for dinner! Oh and I also love thanksgiving!!

I like your question because I just found out that the 25th is my last day at work and cant wait to leave to start a whole new life. Happy Christmas ok a bit early but hey why not.

im going to new york city for christmas and new year OMG i really just cant wait only 185 days till christmas so only 180 days till i go NYC its gonna be so kool btw i live in uk london so that y im so excited. xxx

i love christmas. it's my fav holiday. christmas time i just go shopping and go out clubbing or parties and jsut have fun. it's a time for sharing and always have the Lord in ur thoughts and whatever u do. ~~BLESS~~
