Bikinis or one-pieces?

I'm a bit chubby around my hips and thighs so I can't decide which one to get. I'm also fair-skinned and I don't know whether I should get light colors or dark ones. Black might contrast and make me appear whiter, but someone told me to get white. What do you suggest?

First of all, I have the same build/coloring as you and I've tried it all. If you're bigger on the bottom, neither a bikini or a one-piece is going to cover that, so get a bikini and flaunt what you get. DON'T wear the bathing suits with the little skirts...those don't look good on anybody. Also, black makes me look paler but white is completely see-thru. My favorite is a neon yellow bikini because it makes you look tanner than you are. Hope this helps!

I would get the bikini because if the one piece is the one in the link, your hips (you said were a bit chubby) might bulge out of the suit and that would look wierd. Also, you're setting yourself up for a wierd tan line if you get that one. For fair skin, I wouldn't pick black or white. I would go with something like red, navy or brown.

WOW! Great prices, and picks. I love the bikini. The one piece is cute too, but the bikini would be my pick. Pale blues and corals tend to make people look more tan than they are. I'd go for one of those colors, if possible.

Anyway, if your hips and legs are a little chubby (like mine) make sure you go with something that's high cut as to lengthen your leg. Anything boycut will make you look stubby.

Personally, I wear a tankini halter.

Personally, I like the 1 piece. You might want to look for vintage inspired bathing suits.
I feel more comfortable in vintage suits, they are pretty modest and flattering too. I'm very fair skinned and tifffany blue and light brown look good with my skin. I would stick with neutral tones.

I say get Both. Bcuz there both sooo Gorgeous and Hot!!! You will probably look fine in both . And any color looks good except for white bcuz it will look very bad against Ur skin u will look like paper then.
