Huh? Can't quite figure out what your trying to say. Never heard of hidden motivation, only motivation. How could hidden lead to better incentives.

at times it does but at times it doesn't. if you keep it hidden then you may never have a better incentives.

yes because most often we have to dig deep & deep to find that motivation & drive that we never knew existed...& most often it's hidden & you must search for it...
