If you have the original Mac OS CD's that came with it, use the disk utility software that came with it and re-install the OS software using the "clean install" option. That should do it.

If you mean get rid of all the contents you could clear or buy a new Hardrive. If you mean restore some files and data are restorable. You may need to buy certain software or read about it. I am sorry I only know how to restore certain things. If I knew how to restore the whole computer I would tell you. If your computer crashed (which happened to me) you can have a specialist atempt to restore the files but sometimes (depending on how your hardrive crashed) you can't. You can also as said above re install the software again but if you don't have it you could be paying hundreds of dollars just for the disk. Best of luck!

Applications -> Utilities -> disc utility. Select Macintosh HD, and hit erase. This should do it.
