Who pays sites like Yahoo!News to "spotlight" certain candidates while burying the rest, both in coverage, exposure and face-time?

Example: Click on the candidate's "pages" linked from the Politics site and take note of the date/time of published news-stories. You'll see some candidates get "up-to-the-minute" listings while others have virtually none. Ron Paul - who trounces competition in various debates, online polls and public reaction is afforded virtually no headlines. Who pays to have this done?

I don't think it matters. When the 600 pound gorilla enters the race (Thompson) there is no need for anymore polling or 'spotlights'. The election is over.

This is why the media is not looking out for you or anyone else. They are pushing their own agenda , thus they only cover the candidates that they want to cover!
