Im looking to sell on ebay. Also I have heard of a ebay catalog which is a catalog that ebay sells items in bulk to you, where can I get this.

There is no such eBay catalog. The only thing eBay sells is it's own promotional items like eBay mugs, etc.
You'll probably do better buying wholesale and selling on eBay than buying in bulk unless you can find an overstock liquidator. Often wholesale is cheaper than bulk. There are a number of websites that will sell wholesale to anyone as long as you purchase a certain minimum.
Just do a websearch on "wholesale" and the name of whetever it is you're interested in selling.

overstock.com. you will also find stuff you can sell on eBay at auctions, garage sales. also look under bankruptcy sales ,liquidators, and damaged freight, government sales and auctions, costco.com, samsclub.com. Sorry I cant give you specifics but I feel you should do some homework for yourself.
