Has anuone come across this problem - I replaced all colour and B&W cartridges at the same time - all no problem except the yellow warning monitor and beeping - shows near empty. So exchanged generic replacement with Brother yellow LC900Y - Still getting same message - can I reset monitor? Handbook doesnt say?

The majority of printer companies have a way to make you buy more inks,.. tell you your cartridge is empty when it's clearly not. I removed one from my Epson CX5400,.. as it was telling me it was empty,.. I took apart the cartridge, (messy business),.. and discovered it,.. A). Hardly had any room inside for ink,.. and B), it was still over half full... these companies are greedy as poop,.. they charge you a fortune for ink cartridges, that have hardly any ink in them and they tell you that it's empty when it's not just so you have to go buy more.
I refuse to use my printer now I know that,.. anyone want to buy it? Of course not,... it's a rip off.
