Try getting replacement birth certificate at Vital records. Assuming you didn't lose the information about when and where you were born and your parent's info in the same wallet.

Also assuming anyone had a birth certificate in a wallet they lost along with SS #, you might start with a copy of the police report you should file to avoid identity theft

I have been there hun and it is not a fun place to be. But don't panic. You can do the following:

find a close friend or family member who has their ID and a bank account, preferably a checking. Endorse the chk as follows:
Your signature and under it write "to the order of (friend's name)" Then have them sign it.

If they have an ATM card, go to the atm and deposit the check. (deposit, $ of chk, put in envelope, deposit)

End the transaction and start a new one. Make a withdrawl for the amount of the check. If you cannot get the entire amount, get whatever you need until you can.
WHATEVER YOU DO...DO NOT GO TO A LIVE TELLER!! THEY WILL HOLD THE CHECK UNTIL IT CLEARS!! USE THE ATM. otherwise go to a chk cashing place.

If you had a drivers license, you could probably get that replaced immediately at your dept of motor vehicles. If they want ID, they might accept your check to be that ID, but they should be able to call up your picture on their computers so they know it's you. Then you'd have ID to cash your check.

If you have a bank account, deposit the check there.

For a birth certificate replacement, if you still live near where you were born you can probably get a copy on the spot at your county courthouse.

To start off I am sorry for your dilemma, if you have any piece of mail with your address and name on it you could go to money mart and cash your check if you dont have a bank account. To replace all of your ID you have to go to the proper government buildings. You might have to wait until Monday to report as it is friday afternoon.
Good luck and hope no one steals your identity
