Going to Europe, which month is best?

Question

I can only go during the summer, so spring and fall are out of the question (although I would've love to go during spring, cheaper!). Anyway, June, July or beg. August?

Probably Italy, but I might end up going to France and/or England

June, as it is before the summer holidays in most countries.
July and August you need to book hostels and hotels and reserve seats in many trains and pay the highest rates for all accommodation and flights.
Weather is likely to be good in June, but most of Europe does not have predictable weather anyway.

In my opinion all the summer months, June, July or August, if your don´t have the opportunity to visit Europe in spring or fall. Winter could be a good time to visit for example the Scandinavian countries, it´s quite exotic then. Although nowadays the weather all over the globe is unpredictable, due the pollution of the whole world, sorry to say.(I just heard the other day that is was snowing in a part of Sweden, but that´s very unusual.) Every country on this globe is beautiful, so it´s quite difficult to answer your question. Just avoid those countries where it´s very hot during summer, I´m sorry to say, although they are beautiful too, every country is in it´s own way.

I went to England last summer in Aug. and that went pretty well. Just look where your going, check what the weather is like in those months, check how many people normaly go there at that time, and check you callender.

Not August. That's when many Europeans are on vacation and the hotels, restaurants, etc. are short-handed.
