Oh, I wish I had an answer for that one. I keep doing the same thing. Maybe it's because they are familiar, because even though they hurt you, you still love them... that's why I keep doing it.

Because it is only the ones that we love most that truly hurt us. If we didn't care about them, any attempt by them to hurt us wouldn't affect us.

OMG, if I had a dime for every time I've asked myself that and done it anyway - I'd be right up there with Donald Trumps bank account. Fear is what I've come up with for myself. Fear of another failure, fear of rejection and loneliness just to name a few.
