I was at camp for a week and just came back and found out the draft was moved to June 28?My dad didn't have enough time to tell me why so if you could tell me that be a lot of help.

The draft is always held on the last Thursday in June . You see July 1st is when all transactions dealing with the off season begins .

They never changed the date. It's been the last thursday in June for a few years now if not more. It's always been that way cuz the official off season transactions start the upcoming week (July 1st).
