You need to tell her.. And if you are under the age of 18 you do not have patent confidentiality..Yes they can tell if you have had sex if you are going in for your first female exam.. you might want to let her know that along time ago you had sex..
Sometimes when you are young your partners dingy is to small to break your hymen...But sex is not the only way it can pop.. so it is up to you the relationship you want to have with your mom.

Well if u don't want the doctors 2 tell her, u need 2 tell her if she wants to know because if they do, she is going 2 be angry that she had 2 find out this way. So 2 avoid that tell her if she asks. Ok! Good luck!!!!!!

Technically, your doctor is not supposed to give your mother this information, because of the privacy laws. But I have to warn you that some doctors will do so anyway, because they think the girl's mother "should know." I agree that YOU should be the one to tell her.....I just think you ought to do it sooner rather than later, so she doesn't hear it from your doctor or anyone else.

The doctors won't tell her. If you want to tell her then you can. When the time is right. :D
Donn't worry, the doctors aren't allowed to say anything to anyone, not even your parents. So, you can tell her for the first time when you are ready.

Doctor patient confidentiality laws prevent the doctor from discussing this with her. However, itemized bills sent to your home may tip her off depending on how your insurance handles claims. Be up front with her. If she does find out through your doctor or otherwise she'll probably be more hurt that you hid it than angry that you're sexually active.

I was in a similar situation when i was younger and my doctor had asked me in front of my mother and I lied telling her that I was not active. My doctor did a quick exam and was NOT able to detect anything to make her believe otherwise. I was able to tell my mother years later. Good luck! Stay safe!

If you are 14 and older, your doctor can't say anything to your parent. Doctor-Patient confidentiality. You can be treated for STD's, etc. when you are 14 without parental permission.

Are you a minor?
Did you use your mom's health insurance when you went to see the doctor? If so the health insurance company may inform your mother of the visit and the purpose of the visit will likely be on the statement.

since ur not a major girl, doctors have all rights to tell ur mom about that. Any doctor can find out that ur not a virgin girl. He can tell ur mom.

If you want to tell her, before the doctors do than do it. She's going to find it out somehow.
