if you are two weeks pregnant that would put you at about a month since your missed period ( give or take) so it can absolutely be detectable, the accruacy of a at-home test all depends on how much of the hormone (only traceble when you are pregnant) you are giving off, if you are producing alot, then it can trace it two week after conception. Also if you did the test correctly, it is VERY VERY rare that ANY at-home pregnancy test will read a false positive.
Bottom line: if the test does say pregnant, than you are pregnant! Congrats!

If you mean you got pregnant two weeks ago, then yes. But you're considered about four weeks pregnant at that time. Why? Because it counts from the first day of your last period, not actual date of conception, and you're fertile about two weeks after your period. So you'd be four weeks pregnant, and yes, it would detect the pregnancy hormones.

The home pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy as early as the first day of your first missed period. Some can test pregnancy up to 5 days sooner, but those results aren't very accurate.

I used a first response at 3 weeks it came out negative, then I tried another one at 4 weeks and it came out positive...I guess it all depends on ur hormone level!!
best of luck

Yeah it can I took that one and I was around 2 weeks and it immediately came up positive. Waiting til the first day of your missed period is more accurate though.

Yes it is possible. It is detecting a hormone that is only present in pregnancy.

Yes it can. I always used the 99cents ones and they worked fine even a couple of days before I missed my period.
