if i order a movie on monday , it would come on tuesday,
and when i send it back on tuesday, will another movie come on wednesday or thursday ?

There's usually one day in between. So, if you send a movie out on Monday, you should get a new one in the mail on Wednesday. They say to allow one full business day (Tuesday) for shipping.

I've been using Netflix for about three years. If I send my movie back on a Tuesday, the new movie is in my mailbox on Thursday.
There may be some variation depending on your location and the efficiency of your local mail carrier, but this has been the case for me in two separate locations, one suburban location and one entirely rural location. Only twice in those three years has the movie taken longer to arrive to me and even then it was only one day difference.

On a good day, it would come on Thursday, though sometimes it takes two days, what with the post office and all. Don't forget to factor in the day for the movie you returned to get back to Netflix!

no.. if i sent out a movie on monday.. id get it either wed or thursday ( i know thats not what they say) then id send it back thursday and it would probably be to late to get it on friday and they dont send out over the weekends so youd probably get the movie you sent back on thursday monday
i recommend signing up for the 3 movies at a time.. that way i pretty much always have a movie

If you send it on Tuesday, they will receive it on Wednesday, and you will get a new one on Thursday.
Of course, if it comes on Tuesday, and you watch it that day, then chances are you will be sending it back on Wednesday, meaning you will get your new movie on Friday.

It depends when you mail it on Tuesday. Probably Thursday, although if you live near a center, it's possible to get it the next day.

There is one thing that everyone is forgetting...depends on your city and postal service. For example, when I lived in a suburb, the movie had to go through my postal service then be shipped to the main city, then sent to Netflix. So it would take at least two days to get there and then two days to get back to me. Now that I live in the big city, I mail it and they receive it the next day and ship out my next movie which I will receive a day later. Does that makes sense??

I've tried to do that before. It would probably come Thursday or Friday. I don't think they process it the very next day if it was just sent out.

No its one day process for everything...You mail it in (one day), they get it and send you another one (one day), Waiting for it to arrive (one day).
It averages about every three to four days.
I am a memeber and only stick to one at a time. It goes pretty smoothly and if you don't want to wait..they now have a service where you can watch it on your laptop or computer and you download it instantly...If you are updated on your electronics you can have your laptop project it to your larger living room tv so you don't have to wait on the mail.

Refer to your other question for my answer. The answer is yes. They send another out the same day they receive yours and you will get the next day.
