Well, you sure know how to make your's and others life better! I can see that you're optimistic from the way you tell others that 'no matter how terrible their life is now, there is always a solution and happier days ahead!'. No matter how tough things may seem to be, never give up and keep your faith strong always as better days and happier times will come. I have had times in my life when things were not so good but hung in there the best I could and now I have the true love of a woman who loves me for who I am, a great family and friends. I have more in my life now than I ever thought I would and know that my faith in God made it all possible.

Thus, even when we think things are bad, with the proper psychology we see the Truth! And life is not unique, it is the sum of moments and each moment is unique and never returns, that's why we got to enjoy every and each one of them, then our life will be fulfilled!
