This is a line with y-intercept of 2 and a slope of 3/4.
Just draw a line going through the points (0,2) and (4,5).

By asking this I assume you dont really understand the process of plotting graphs so I will try and explain it a little bit, before giving the answer.
First, always get the equation in terms of x. That means have the y on the left hand side and everything else (including the x) on the right. This equation is already set like that so we can go from here.
The number before the x i.e. 3/4 tells us that when we draw a line, every 4 units we go along (horizontally) we have to go up 3 vertically. Its the gradient and describes how steep the line is. The number at the end (2) tells us where this line crosses the vertical y axis. In this case the line crosses at 2. This is often a good starting point when plotting any graph.
Put a mark at number 2 on the y-axis and then count four spaces along to the right and then three spaces up, put another mark. repeat this a couple of times (4 along and 3 up) until you get a few points. Then connect the points. And you are done, a line graph is drawn!
Note, if the gradient (numbr before the x) is a whole number like 2 or 3 this always means go along one horizontally ONE unit and then up 2 or 3 (or whatever it is). If it is negative (e.g. -2 or -3) that means go backwards horizontally one and then up 2 or 3.
I hope this helps

Mark (0,2) and then move 4 to the right and 3 up ie: (4,5), move another 4 to the right and another 3 up so (7,8). Draw the line that connects all these points

write as 3y = 6-2x or y = 2-(2/3)x and you draw two points for x=0 y=2 (on the ordinate axis mark the point y=2 for x=3 y=0 (on the abcissa axis mark the point x=3 and draw a line between these two points

The y-intercept is at (0,2), so put a point there.
Then go over 4 and up 3 and put a point at (4,5).
Connect the two points and draw the line going off into infinity.
