She's Come Undone was soooo good.
White Oleander was OK
Middlesex was the best (Jeffry Eugines) it even won a Pulitzer
those are the only ones I've read from her book club. I think the whole controversy of A Million Little Pieces kind of turned me off of it.

I try not to follow her book club. It seems like much of her programming now is just geared toward the almighty dollar...

However I do know that Where the Heart Is by Billie Letts was one of her “chosen” books. It is a great story, very sad at points, but still a very good read.

My favorite was "A Million Little Pieces" by James Frey. But then he was exposed as a total BS - er, and I could never look at his work seriously ever again. I tried to read "My Friend Leonard" just for kicks, but I could never get around thinking, "This is total BS, how can I feel ANYTHING for these characters when I doubt like hell they ever existed?"
