I think everyone does to an extent. We get caught up in ourselves and can easily forget that there are people who will listen and help. Personally, I tend to get very stressed and self-involved that it takes a good friend to really open my eyes and tell me to shut up. A special person always tells me, very simply.. breathe.
After that, I can normally calm down and work through a solution to rid myself of the extra weight.
Or.. I just get frisky a lot until it goes away. LOL

Sometimes. But that's all part of the deal isn't it?
There are times that you can coast along enjoying all of the aspects of your life that you fought for and built, only to have them all crumble.
Well, what do you do?
You start block by block and rebuild. In a sense carrying the weight. The weight of your own world.
But, such is life. Not to many other options that I've heard about.

Sometimes it feels like each step gets heavier and heavier. And if you slip just once, the entire world will come crashing down.
But then there are times when it feels like the only thing keeping me from floating off into the sky is the weight of the shoes on my feet.

You know, the real answer here is no.
I'm pretty stress resistant and I'm capable of getting myself through most difficult times pretty well with patience and contemplation.
I just need a quiet spot to think, and relax, and gather myself.
I'm pretty upbeat almost all the time.

Nope. I think if I felt that way then I'd be putting forth an over-inflated opinion of myself and my importance. I just carry my everyday ongoings upon myself.

Sometimes I feel as if I have a huge burden on my shoulders or is I'm bearing some sort of cross. It's very tiring mentally as well as physically.

All the time.
Especially because there is no one helping me to lift some of the weight, anymore.
Everyone is just applying a little more pressure to my shoulders these days.

I'm not worried or tired, just can't get any sleep for some reason. I guess the worries are getting the best of me. It is hard to ignore our troubles at times, because we need to rest occasionally.
