My guess is that he will be let out to breath before the '08 elections as a last middle-finger from the Bush Administration to the media. Call me names if you feel so inclined. Again, it's just a guess at what is happening.

I totally agree with your supposition, but I'm not certain whether we already have him, or are just biding our time for the right moment to snatch the bearded freak.
Here is my suspicion: we have known where Bin Laden is for about three years. Unfortunately, he has given his protectors strict orders to shoot him dead if any attack is ever launched against his hideout. (we know this from informants; it's public information)
I think our government and military are waiting for that one elusive chance to get him alive, like maybe some religious occasion where they might relax a little and be less vigilant.
So, I don't know if we already have OBL or if our government is waiting for an opportune moment to announce it to the world.

Where's the proof? I would want to see convincing proof before claiming OBL works closely, or is controlled somehow by the Bush Administration.

Mista Ricksta, did you forget to change your bong water again? If you really believe the President has OSB, please explain to me why you think President Bush doesn't want you to know about it, and why it would be to Bush's' advantage to let him " out to breath" rather than to bring him to justice as he said he would, which it seems to me would have the effect of flipping a bigger 'last middle-finger" to the media and perhaps even get folks like you to shut up already.

OBL is being hidden by pakistanians. The day tjhey turn him over they lose billions of US dollars in aid. So why should they?
Pakistanians are pretty smart people...Most paksitanians in the US are engineers, businessmen, doctors, scientists etc. They know what they are doing ...its bush who is dumb.
