Starting pitchers are the only one's anyone knows. It all depends on the starting pitcher (how he pitches) whether a reliever comes in and in what situation. Boy oh boy do I wish I had a crystal ball.

I bet you are trying to do your fantasy lineup. I used to play that game and that's the only logical explanation I see for asking such a question.

If you are asking who the coach is going to bring in from the bullpen during the game there is no website for that. Just look up what the starting pitchers are and those are the only two pitchers who will definitely be in the game. Other than that you can look at a teams pitching roster and take a wild guess because right now not even the coach knows.

Relief pitchers are really never known, not even by the manager. Obviously the manager has an idea of who he might use in relief, but he never really knows how long the starting pitcher will last, or what the game situation will be.

Um...no one knows in advance which relief pitchers are going to play in a game. It's up to the manager to decide that during the game based on the situation.

ESPN usually has several days' worth of pitching matchups well in advance:

No site is perfect, but they're generally pretty accurate.

Edit - I realize now you were also asking about relievers - good luck with that, because there's no way of knowing who will be used by a manager.
