I have received some response to my previous question. I am trying to flush him out because he posed as a seller of certain items on ebay and through this I did not recieve my items and lost money in the transaction. I have tried to contact him through multiple e-mail addresses and I am trying to rectify the situation. I am not slandering as one response stated. I want answers and will do whatever it takes to get them so that this does not happen to anyone else!

I'd report him to not only "ebay" but to Yahoo! as well. He used a Yahoo! e-mail address therefore Yahoo! has the responsibility to see that he doesn't pull this stunt again.

If you still have the original e-mail, scroll down to just below the e-mail. On the right-hand side you'll see Full Headers. Click on that. You will then see all kinds of information on this character. Make sure the "reply to" address is Yahoo!'s. if it is, forward the email to them at this address: mail-abuse@cc.yahoo-inc.com. They will take care of the matter as this is against policy.

I doubt seriously if you ever get your product or money back, but as you did state, you don't want this happening to anyone else.

There are proper ways to deal with things and you wouldn't want to bring something against yourself, just because someone else messed up.

Ebay is very good at handling disputes. You should file one with them immediately, especially if you paid through Paypal. Also, if you paid by credit card, you could call them and start an investigation.

Good luck.

Have you tried contacting eBay and telling them what is going on?
