We have "Super G". He walks around the city with a towel tied around his neck like a cape always drinking a King Cobra 40oz. I've been seeing him around since I started driving almost over 10years ago and he is still wearing the SAME towel.

Do you have a permanent fixture in your neighborhood you could kindly tell me about?

we did, he recently died.

it was this guy that fought in vietnam...he was not right in the head when he came back...he wouldn't live in a house, he slept in a car in the backyard of his mom's place (even when she passed away and he got the house), he would walk around town all day wearing one flip flop in the summer and just mutter to himself. he never bathed and he smelled awful. he would go into the laundry mat, strip down to just his tighty um...well, they used to be whities, and throw everything in the washer, dry it, and then put it back on.

now we have a guy that walks around with a guitar just playing the guitar...don't know where he came from.

Our next door nieghbor is weird.
The father slams the bin at 7am every morning and wakes my mum up and the bin is outside our front room window and mums room is above that. We asked him to move the bins He said NO WAY then slams the door.
He has a skip in the middle of his drive all the time so the 5 cars can't get on the drive and then we can't park our cars on the road because of their cars. The drive is big enough and if he moves the skip all the cars could all fit.

Across the road he washes his car everyday through sun or rain

Biker Bob. 80 year old man that has lived in our town all his life. Riding around on a yellow bike in a full piece suit even in the dead heat of summer. Always has a 40oz of Magnum. Sleeps by the railroad tracks. I've drank a few beers with him before. Pretty nice guy, might of lost some of his marbles though.

When I was in high school (20 yrs ago), there used to be this guy named Chucky who used to go around the neighborhood taking pictures of everyone. He wasn't all there, if you know what I mean. He was doing this for years until it got out that he was doing very nasty things with the pictures. We used to call him "Chucky the mustard man", because apparently, that was his preferred lubricant. Ugh! Makes my skin crawl!
Anyhow, all the neighbors signed petitions to get him out of the neighborhood and I haven't seen him for years & years. That's a good thing. True story... It's true what they say about all the weirdos in LA.

We have a domestic terrorist. He just dumps garbage cans in the street, marks up cars all petty stuff that the police won't do anything about.
He gets kicked out of an apartment and moves a couple of blocks away. This has gone on for 7 years now.

We have a guy that we call The Old Prophet. He is everywhere handing out flyers and coming up to peoples cars while they wait in traffic. Then he gets arrested. Then he goes to the high school and harrasses kids on lunch trying to get them to go to his house and party. Then he's on the street again and handing out flyers about how the end is here.

Ummm...since we moved to this town, there has been a man across the street from us who likes to sit in his garage (with the garage door open) and play Latin music VERY loud.
Ok...not that weird...I like Latin music myself.
But...I don't occasionally strap on an accordian, play along badly and sing at the top of my lungs in my driveway, serenading passing motorists.
He does.
Not too sure what the deal is with that...

YES! Our neighbor around the corner....He is ALWAYS outside with no shirt and a huge pertruding belly. He loves to just show it off. He wears shorts year-round with a plumer's crack. Always outside watching traffic, hoping they notice him I guess.

we have Sarge... this guy was a prisoner of war in vietnam and came back and is just completely out of his mind now... he walks up and down busy streets yelling patriotic nonsense at cars and walks into the gym to yell random stuff then leaves... he must be in his upper 70's now and i've seen him doing knuckle pushups in a nearby park recently... he is my friends neighbor that lives down the street from me and i finally met him and he was a cool guy...
