Not by stats. You cant judge this question by stats cause they played different teams.
I say McFadden and Jones. If you think its white and slaton because slatons a QB, remember last season McFadden threw like 4 passes to Jones and handed it off to Jones about 10 times.
So I say D-Mac and Jones, what about you?

I said slatons a QB I meant White is a QB.

McFadden and Felix Joneshave different running styles, and there is almost no drop off when you go to Felix Jones.
They also return kicks. Other than Oklahoma State, I can't recall a team ever having a better combo.

I could not tell you right now. This is extremely close! If I had to say something I would say McFadden and Jones because they are both running backs. I mean Pat White is quick but kind of small. Also hes not Vince Young. If Slaton or McFadden dont win the heisman i will be shocked

Mc Fadden and Jones here is why, look at the competition Slayton and White faces in the weak Big Least, and the competition McFadden faces in the SEC. I hate both conferences but when Slayton faces a South Florida team who had faster players what happened, he couldn't get outside and he ended up taking some hits the took him out of the game.

Hands down Mac and Jones. They have gone over a 1,000 yds twice in the same season since they got to the SEC and that trend looks to continue this year. No doubt Slaton and White have proven themselves against SEC comp, but not on a weekly basis. I'm judging by pro potential. I just think Mac and Jones are physical and offer more than just speed. I think until Pat really develops, he's just a wideout playing qb.
A damn good one though. I like both sets but I'm sticking.

Yeah McFadden and Jones are probably the best rushing duo in the NCAA. Those guys can get it done. Now if they could get a passing game...

McFadden/Jones without a doubt. If Arkansas comes up with just an average passing game they could win it all

I would say Steve Slaton and Pat White. If you ever seen a West Virginia College Football game it is so hard to stop their run game with their option package, Steve Slaton is an awesome agile and powerful back and Pat White is eludes tackles with his agility. McFadden by himself is a great running back and Felix Jones is alright, but I rather take Slaton and White on my football team any day as a rushing duo.

I watched about 4 games of each team last year, and I would have to say WVU. They ran all over a very good Louisville defense. Mcfadden is the best player out of the bunch, but as a duo I would take the kids out of WVU. This is a completely unbiased oppinion, as I am not a fan of either team or conference.
