Neither. Frankly I'd like to see people cover up a bit better since
a) it makes them look slutty
b) most of them are not in good enough shape to look good in such a short garment in the first place

i adore mini skirts- especiially bright ones in fun colors!!! but i suggestion for the peeope who don't have a great body shape, just were capris and tanks!!! anuything bright and light would make anyone look awesome!!!
