Honestly no, I don't think it would be a success. She can't stand it when people disagree with her - I see her arguing with all the contestants.

People watched this show for 2 reasons and 2 reasons only.
1. Bob Barker
2. The hot looking models on the show.
Bob Barker is not on the show any more and I think Hot Looking models and Rosie is not a very good mix. I think it is safe to say if she takes over you will see the downfall of one of the longest running game shows in history !!

It was in a newspaper tonight that Barker did not say that. He said he thought she would do a good job IF chosen for the job. He went on to say there are several people being considered.

I will take Rosie on the "View" any day as opposed to that twit Elisabeth. She is a toad.........She gets on my nerves worse than Rosie ever did.

I believe they clarified that Bob didn’t endorse Rosie he just said she could do the job, after all it doesn’t look that hard to me. Now whether or not she is a good candidate for the job is the other questions, and it seems obvious that the answer is no. Now they are saying that she is having talks with CBS. Which I indeed hope is just a publicity ploy. Otherwise I would have to ask CBS what they are smoking

Bob Barker did say that, but then retracted that and said he was not "endorsing" her but that she would do a good job.

Mickey Mouse would do a good job, but, that doesn't mean he should be chosen. I hope that the producers of that show don't choose her. She is an opionated HAS BEEN. I truly believe she would ruin the show with her non stop bs.

As you can tell, I'm not much of a fan. I used to be when she had her own show, but, I guess her latest tirades changed my feelings. I just can't stand how she demeans others. I mean, look at her, does she really have that right? She ain't no gorgeous, super intelligent beauty, is she??

Nope, I won't watch the show if she is chosen.

He retracted that statement in the Las VEgas Review Journal on Friday, June 22.

Barker must be senile.
I heard Rosie say she doesn't know if it'd would work because she wants a short-term contract and they want a long term. (She wants her summers off when her kids are out of school.) In other words, SHE WANTS IT ALL! Everything's got to be HER way!
The gal above me is trying to think of John O'Hurley's name. John hosts Family Fued.

I agree with you. Bad choice. Rosie is just too abrasive to host the game show I grew up watching my whole life. She's going to send the whole show into hell.

Rosie said she wants to change the show meaning if she does get the job the ratings will be poor & will be cancelled.
