Everything is fine, no problems. As for the other guys suggestion, ASUS is a better brand if you have a few extra dollars. That power supply is plenty big, ignore the power supply hysteria here on answers. GEIL is a very good brand of RAM, Corsair is the best though.

Yup that will work.
Iam worried about the PSU, I would get a beefier one.
I suggest a Ultra 700w PSU, lifetime warranty.
A ASUS Motherboard M2N-SLI Mobo AM2 at newegg.
And Corsair XMS Ram 2gb.
Everything else looks good.
