Is there a difference between honda vehicles and honda motor company stocks?

this stock broke upwards the first week of may and has been doing somewhat well - but it's starting to look unpredictable, and I'm not sure what it's going to do. It should be ok for now, but it could break down again. I wouldn't buy it for long term - if anything go short term and watch it frequently.

I wouldn't buy it but then I dont' have money to buy stocks anyway. And whenever I do have money the market is overvalued.
