after reading this question i decided to look it up and i found several results and all of them said you use your brain more and the reason for that is that your brain is always working and it never stops working...at night your brain will still be working and your muscles are asleep. so the answer is that you ruly do use your brain more then your muscles. i hoped this helped.

Means,both are going together..
But in my everyday life i use more brain not only becasue of the nature of my work as a teacher, but also to act and to resolve the problems of life in every moment..
Brain guides you always to the success...(in case you have it no?)

I use my muscles enough to get all the exercise that I need.
But I know I use my brain more. Takes some heavy thinking to answer these Yahoo Questions.

Brains. I mean...people who use their muscles more are the dumb steroid using body builder type. I use my brains to not use steroids; to eat healthy; to solve problems; to make the right decisions, and everything else good.

Aren't brains simply "more" intelligent muscles/tissues/cells?

Brains. Always trying to figure out how to be one step ahead of everybody else, trying to solve problems, making decisions and still try to figure me into it all.

I really do use both equally in my job. I use my muscles to lift, roll, and transport patients. I use my mind for creativity, patience, and awareness when it comes for giving them care. It balances out equally.
