My computer is provided by Windows XP. What is the key to snap a scene while a movie video is on run?

Long back I was snapping admirable scenes while video is played and saved them in the image file. Now I am unable to do it as I have forgotten the key? I tried with Ctrl.I; it didn't work. Either I must have forgotten the key or may be another key to it. I like to know please.
