A friend of my husbands called his cell real late one night, I was up with the baby. When I answered, he started sayin, "Alicia, I love you honey, I'm sorry, " and crying, and I said "Dan, this is not Alicia, you called the wrong number", he wouldn't listen, and kept telling me how he wanted to make love, and the other night was the best, and he's sorry he's gaining weight, etc. So embarrassing for him. I promised I wouldn't tell his wife

Yeap... I had a girl friend who I ended up believing she had a crush on me, a problem with drinking and was adorable in a sense.
She would call at 2-3 am in a weekday, sing a whole song about romance with her car stereo, the bar jukebox or mariachis in the back... it was cute, nice but made no sense to me. The times I did not answer she got the voice mail so I could hear her sing whenever I wanted. lol

A place I used to work had a support center that got all kinds of weird calls. Once this guy called drunk, thinking it was a friend's number. He was calling from a port-o-potty at a concert, peeing, screaming, "I hate this coldplay crap!" over and over.
You could hear the music in the background, but turns out it wasn't even Coldplay. : )

haha, my friends do that all the time...they talk in a retard voice and talk about Del Taco and Mild Sauce and everything else they can think of....I love it, I think they are hysterical!
