B - The United Kingdom but they rarely cause any damage. The most recent damaging tornado struck Kensal Green in London last year and caused some minor damage, the mot recent demaging tornado hit Selly Oak, Birmingham about 3 years ago and caused damage to several hundred properties - mainly roof damage, little structural famage.
