what the cavs need to do is simple, get an offence, these finals proved that a one man show can not win the finals or even compete. then they need to get a Big man in the 5 hole who can bang down low, score, and clean up on the boards then a 4 the power forward that they have lacked since the Boozer dipped. who can rotate step up play some D & get a Double Double here and there. a 2 gaurd who can shoot and an actual PG as well. Daniel Gibson had a good series but showed he cannot get it done against real opponets meaning all of the Western confernce. and hey and even throw in a bench while your at. but the positves here are this great up and coming Coach, lebron and the snazzy uniform's they wear to walk off there home floor after being swept

thanks everyone stay tune for more blow ups becuase i just droped the adam Bomb ( meaning pacman jones hahah )

they need to get rid of hughes and continue developing Gibson. It's only a matter of time before him and LeB will be a powerful tandem. he just needs his game refined. they need to get rid of all of that useless dead weight that they have. Eric Snow comes to mind. Veteran leadership? Um no, he is nowhere near the calibre of player as the Spurs vets, even when he was in his prime. Donyell Marshall can't really consistently hit a shot to save his life. get rid of Varejao - another waste. In fact, most of that team is made up of junior varsity people that happened to hit it big once but when up against real basketball competition they wilted. They need to push for anything good that comes out of the West and use LeB as a marketing tool. With the talent tipping strongly for the West yet again, ug..I just don't know what can help the East save a good draft surprise.

Kevin - it might just happen, simply because he wants to be on a contender, but the Cavs have little to trade to equal him lest they give up the entire except LeB and Gibson.

Kobe - will destroy the team chemistry and will not work well with LeB, who is more of like a Tim Duncan, only he makes it clear he has some pull (vs Timmy).

They would have to get rid of their entire sucky roster (with the exception of Lebron and Pavlovic of course) and start over.

Larry Hughes? What a waste of contractual money!

Donyell Marshall? The Ludacris + 40 years dead ringer is in no shape or form to call himself a professional basketball player. He needs to be demoted.

Drew Gooden? Somebody get me some diapers and some baby formula. If he isn't the most whining, overated forward/center on the Cavs, the the sky ain't blue. Drew is one of those players who actually thinks he's better than he actually is.

Ilgauskas? I love him to death; but he's seriously aging. If he get's any balder I'm going to start mistaking him for Archie Bunker.

The Cavs would have to make it past Detroit, Miami, and Chicago to even think about bringing their weak a/s/s squad back to the finals and embarrasing the hell out the the anorexically talentedly challenged Eastern conference.

I'm from NY and I knew it was over once Detroit let the hex that was put on them do them in.

This years finals what the most ant-climatic, whackest, READ: boring, finals I've ever witnessed in my 32 young years of life. In fact I wish I could have those hopeless viewing hours of my life back in watching that sweep.

I say Cavs need a real 3 point shooter like a Michael Redd or Rashard Lewis (or more realistically, someone like Mike MIller). Not sure if you guys have the money to sign Rashard but with Lebron always penetrating, being able to kick it out to a clutch outside shooter would kill teams. Imagine not being able to double team Lebron as he's going strong to the hoop because you have someone killing you from the outside; it's either you give up a 2 point dunk or a wide open 3 pointer. Imagine Lebron playing like its Game 5 vs. the Pistons, but every night.

they need a pg, and a low post scorer who can block some shots...a trade or free agent would be ideal ...problem is their moneys tied up in overpaid underproductive players namely Z,Hughes, damon jones, marshell , gooden, wesley and snow ...theyre not going to trade lebron , thus the cavs have little of value in wich to offer in a trade.. best hope imo is hughes gets healthy and starts playing good again...lucky for the cavs the east is week so really they shouldnt have to do much.

They need to either trade for or get a free agent that will help Lebron on the offensive side. The people that come to mind for me realistically:

1. Chauncey Billips (free agent)
2. Mike Bibby
3. Jermaine Oneal

the reason I say realistically is that everyone is going to say

1. Kevin Garnett
2. Kobe Bryant

that's not going to happen.

add one more all star callibur player to thier roster, Randolph should be thier best choice, he will come at a low price because portland will have Aldridge and Oden after draft and Randolph will be not needed, he is a 20-10 guy easy and will dominate in east with weak PF and centers. if not randolph maybe Richarson from Warriors.

Get LBJ some freakin help, they cant depend on LBJ and gibson to do it all. Their coach, style and execution are fine, they just need more talent. Some one like KG, Josh Howrd or Marion.
