Because if you should go ballistic, they would be responsible for selling a violent object to you, and would be investigated to make sure they followed the letter of the law during transaction.

My suggestion to you would be to objective and get a summer time interest once you attain sixteen or 18 at your community gunshop, until then you ought to to do a touch diagnosis to precisely what "gun administration" regulations recommend to the rights of each and every individual who legally owns a gun. You claimed to be professional gun administration, i certainly do no longer think of you already know what meaning, or you does no longer have suggested it.

You have to use the correct termology and etticate when in shops like that. If you run your mouth and say things your not supposed to, they get in trouble for not stopping you. The feds investigate and look really hard into shops like that. Theyre merly trying to cover their own butts

Because they are responsible for a great deal. That is alot of stress to decide if someone is right for a gun. Basically they can't tell if you are a psycho or not (who can?) but they think they need to, so they drive themselves crazy in the process.

Heh, "gun shop", "ballistic"...bad pun.
The truth is, they're under a lot of pressure from the ATF. They don't want charges filed against them, and don't want to lose their license to sell firearms.

Just what are you talking about? Sounds like something plucked out of thin air or worse, off the media (thick air?).
