MP3 Sync question?

Is it possible to sync one MP3 player to another? If so, how? (I'm not talking about ipods.)

I want to put music from one mp3 to the other mp3. Music I don't already have on mine.

If by "sync" you mean hook the two up together without using a computer and transfer music - I don't belive most mp3 players can do that. Although I read that some of the newer ones have ways to share music wirelessly.

Playing them at the same time, or making sure both contain the same files? ~
