Hey Dani I thought the same thing until I read in the paper this morning that he is claiming to be a member of the Legislative branch. In fact his paycheck comes from the Senate.

It depends on what day it is. If there is an investigation on the Legislative branch, than he falls under that Administrative branch and visa versa.

My records say he's under the "Senate Leadership" and the "Executive Branch".

Executive, same as the President.

Cheney is just looking immunity, same reason he was trying to get the group disbanded to start with.
