a cell number, they texted me (hate mail basically) i want to find out who it is

is there a website where i can type in the number and find out who it is

i went to some already but i have to pay

any one know any free ones?

or should i call my cell provider or something?

Hi. First, block the number. If it happens again call your cell phone company or, if you feel threatened, call the police.
