Several sites offer free legal music to download without installing any software. Some of them are ez-tracks.com, yourmp3.net, and freeplaymusic.com.

You can try LimeWire.com, this is pretty good, you every now and then have to check the song by previewing it, but for the most part for free music, you can't beat it. If there's any better, let me know.

I have a limewire variant. (not limewire) Just be careful when using p2p's. There are LOADS of trojans out there so be sure to have a good anti virus program.
I use Norton but have these free programs as well:

LimeWire is a program you download, but it's free and everything you download on LimeWire is free.
If you really want a website there's http://www.esnips.com but you need an account to download stuff.

download limewire for free, and from the limewire program you can download all the music you want

Limewire was ok for me for a while, but then i started to get hundreds of virsues with each song i downloaded. i had to reboot my computer. NOT COOL. i dont reccomend it at all.
