I think Vincent and Valerie are the same person. I think that is going to explain the he-she stuff: it's not just a crazy costume, it's someone who was taken from his parents and raised without the love of his family and has grown up very confused, angry, and vengeful. I think it will come out first that Vincent is Julian and Eve's long lost son and then they will learn the identity of the blackmailer. I just hope they do it before the show leaves NBC. They could learn a thing or two from "Port Charles" (anyone remember that show?) and their six week miniseries story arcs.
EDIT: OH and the reason I think it can't be Gwen is because a few times we saw the blackmailers' wrist, just the area of skin in between the glove and sleeve, and he/she had dark skin.

It can't be Gwen, because Gwen was giving Ethan and Theresa a piece of her mind and the blackmailer was watching them through the window ( Wow, I can't believe I still watch this)

I think the blackmailer is Vincent or Pretty. I know that it is not Gwen because she can't be in two places at once. I think that Beth is pretending to be Sheridan in disguise because I was looking at the characters who were moving to DirecTV and they listed Mackenzie Westmore and put "Sheridan" but all of the other actors and actresses did not have quotations.

It can't be Gwen they showed her tied up when the blackmailer was hassling someone.
I think it will end up being Pretty Crane. I do think Vincent will end up being Julian and Eve's son though.

could be beth, she could have survived the train wreck and hence the deformed face. no one liked her, so the emotional problems. she was with allister for a long time, maybe he told her all his secrets about people so she could carry on after he died. also, the size is right for a woman, the blackmailer is small in build.

i dont think its anyone we already know in harmony. i think that because when the blackmailer took off his mask and father luligon felt his face it obviously didnt feel like human skin or whatever. the blackmailer says that he's really ugly and he's a beast and nobody in harmony that we know is very hideous. so theres really no hints about who the blackmailer could be. what we know about him doesnt really fit anyones characteristics scince he's supposedly very ugly.

idk but in today's episode Gwen was inside critisizing Theresa and Ethan while the blackmailer was outside listening so I don't really think so
