Depends on the humidity, but approaching 100 gets me sweating. When it gets over 100 and I wish for 85-95. But, living in Northern New England, I see temps that high about once a decade. :( It was 62 during the evening commute today. Sad...

Having lived for a number of years in Arizona, I can definitely say that anything over 110 is TOO HOT!

Depends on humidity, sun intensity and wind. I've been comfortable in temps of about 115 and uncomfortable in temps of about 90 so I guess an average of perhaps 100. Quite high considering year round average here is just 57.
