ASP HELP........! Movie File.....!?

I wanna download a movie clip from some website but I can't because it's been uploaded with ASP. That's how it appears in the HTML code:

Is there anyway I can't download the file?

It's been obscured with a "redirector". You need one of those video downloader tools to figure out the real URL so you can grab it.
