It's not too bad, public restroom sdo ahve the reputation to smell or be dirty but some are not too bad. I'm not saying like... live in the freaking bathroom but... Just make sure not to touch anything and go into a stall.

One time I changed clothes in a restroom, then took a crap in a changing stall.

Heck yeah, I used to work in a restraunt and we would change all of the time to go out after we were done working.
Also, sometimes if my friends and I were gonna have a "girls night out" we would go shopping first and just change before we left the mall. Ahhh, the good ol days.

Yes, like in high school when we would have Volleyball games and the other sport teams would be using the locker rooms, we would have to change in the restrooms
