Some people will try their best to get on with others; some people would fight with their shadows.

That, sadly, is the way of the world.

Cameroon is on the other side of the continent, so cameroonians would not speak swahili (and their european language is French, in Uganda & Kenya it's english). Lots of Ugandans and Kenyans both speak swahili. Human nature being what it is, I'd guess Ugandans and Kenyans have come up with reasons for not liking each other, or there may be differences dating back to tribal days. I don't know for sure. I doubt if they deal enough with cameroonians for there to be much conflict or friendship.
