Why is it that these 2 radio talk show host's have lately been focusing on the approval rating of Congress, rather than the all time low approval rating of President Bush?

I see from many of the responses so far that conservatives still back the president. Although they continue to ignore the presidents threat of vetoing all legislation that congress has tried to get passed. I'm more interested in the falling approval rating of the president than that of the newly elected congress. I must be alone in this point of view. That's exactly the reason that I don't listen to either of these guys.

It's because the Congress approval rating is much lower than President Bush's. Last time I checked, it was about 19%. It also illustrates that electing a Democrat majority, despite the hype it received, has proven to change nothing. It's still business as usual in D.C.

Because the Congress has a 14% % approval rate about half of G.W.s Approval rate.In other words the Congress has no Juice to get things Done.

Because they can't talk about ol Bush pal now can they? It would be great if they start mentioning the approval ratings of the Republican Congresses.

What else do they have to talk about? Everything Bush and the Repubs have touched the past 6 years has turned to crap. That is all they can do is criticize, they have nothing else they can be proud of that their president, or the Repub controlled Senate, has done.
