Probably not.

But then if Hillary wasn't Bill's wife would she even be a Senator much less a Presidnetial candidate.

I am sure that a lot of people would care! After the past 6 years with Bush, the majority of the people, 69%, has expressed dissatisifaction with his service. It is not due to the war in Iraq, though that would be seem to be enough.

In general, America is a proud nation that has always been able to look up to heroes who bring honor to our flag. Many great presidents have given "the people" the dignity and pride that they search for in a president. Barack Obama suggests that these values are important to him, as well, and expects to bring them back to the American public.

Speaking non-policitally, we haven't had a president who can match up to the "people-oriented" obljectives and courage to fight for what is right, since Abraham Lincoln. True I was not born then, but can anyone beat his record of achievement?

Barack Obama is every bit as qualified a leader as the other candidates, but most importantly, insists that his views and issues are his working platform, not his color. So, yes I do think that people would care.

As a white man, I support him completely and pray for his success in the election. I do not care what color my president's skin is, but what color his heart is. After hearing Obama speak in person and on television and reading his new book, "Audacity of Hope", I am convinced that Obama has the courage to face the challenges of America, stand for the common man and bring pride back to this nation.

I assure you that his color, age, or state of residence have nothing to do with my decision.

If he was white no white will care. They would have put his name with all the other wannabes and pulled their choice for president. Being that he's not white, his name won't even put putin the bag.

They all lacked experience when they came into office, and Rudy has the least of all just being a cop and mayor. Obama is intelligent and white and black. He lives the best of both worlds. Impressive.

If he were white, with his lack of experience, he would not be in a position to possibly get the democratic nomination for president.

I would vote for him regardless of what color he is. And I saw your prior question you just posted, and I can't type that much seeing that I have 5 minutes of my lunch break left, and one full cig to smoke in this time. take care.

His mom is white. So what? No one should care about that.

Hey, you don't even seem to know that! Why all the hate?

If Obama was white, I think the media would totally ignore him... as would the people who give big donations.
