You'll need PS/2 to USB adapter to use it with USB port. It's PS/2 port only, according to descriptions.

Embarrassingly enough I know the answer, No it is a PS2 mouse, however you can use a PS2 to USB adapter to use it with USB. That does not come with it, you would need to go to your local computer store to find one. So yea and No, you can make it work with USB but it is not a USB mouse.
