Above answer is correct, also you could READ the MANUAL or ask the people that sold it to you.

GOOGLE the model No and read the specs, see if it lists wireless network as standard.

Click on Start > Settings > Network COnnections.

If there is a icon that saids " XXXX Wireless ", then you have it already.
