Because they just want the 2pts - there are many people on here who are only interested in getting as many points as they can. Although I too like to get the points - I prefer to get the answers right and improve my best answer rate. Admittedly I didn't start out so strong in that area, but have been struggling to get it to a 50% rate. Right now I am at 37% - but I keep to the fight going on.

because theyre bored to answer the questions, aaand sometimes they dnt care and just go for the points!!!

Usually people do that because they have low self-esteem. They say those things to make one feel bad. By making people feel bad, they make themselves feel bad. Or you know they are just mean.
